The ONLINE SHOP

Although we are still adding new items the online shop is open for business.

In this (beginning stage) our prime target market is South Africa but collectors from abroad are welcome to contact us (see contact form below). Courier expenses differ per country. No bank charges for EFT within the EU.

Secure payment via Paygate: PayGate-Card-Brand-Logos

Ready

Usually we are open ‘by appointment only’ and that works fine. We only get the really interested people in and  9 of 10 visits result in sales. This weekend however the village will be overcrowded during the Napier Patatfees. Reason to keep the gallery open between 9 and 5 Saturday and Sunday. And Yvonne has to do it in her own for Herman is hired to picture the different sport events such as MTB-race and half marathon.

Herman exhibits over 50 different photographs and imaginaries in prices ranging from R 200.00 to R 9000.00

Yvonne shows both of her jewellery collections. All items are made in limited editions and range in prices between R 350.00 and R 1250.00

We don’t except credit cards but we have Snapscan and EFT facilities. You are welcome.

The inspirational location

We are located in Napier, Western Cape, South Africa along the main road between Cape Town (90 minutes if no traffic jam) and Cape Agulhas (40 minutes with rural traffic jam). Tourists tend to rush pass our village on their way to their mainstream destination. But more and more explorers amongst those travellers are discovering this gem in the Overberg region. Many villagers work from the comfort of their own home. Garages became workshops and studios for the numerous artisans. There is ‘The Big Cheese’ for example; cheese straws that the privileged Capetonians and tourists buy at Giovannis in Cape Town, a militaria museum, a toy museum, diverse artists (some with name and fame), a miniature steam engine builder (exporting all over the globe); just to mention a few.  The village has the largest sundial in South Africa; the architecture of the church attracts architects and designers but most of all we like the rural surroundings with their farms and local wildlife; the ever changing sky colours, the earth colours (hence Yvonne’s jewellery) and the generous and genuine hospitality of the community. Well … why not discover it yourself
